THE STORY OF LIGHTS ON!

Lights On! is a transformative Activist Group that started back in 2022 in pursuit of narrative change. We embrace a strategy of empowering the community from the ground up, using forums and emails to let people share their stories. We yearn to be able to create a space where victims and survivors have a place to share their stories unaltered and true to themselves.
The narrative surrounding victims of heinous crimes are infiltrated with juridical jargon further objectifying and dehumanizing victims and survivors. Lights On! acts as a place for people to take back their own or loved ones' narratives in hopes of bringing humanity and justice.  Lights On! engages and mobilizes activists and leaders from all backgrounds and walks of life.
